I moved in at the end of April '05. The first few months were great. I had zero problems and parking was alright. But that all changed around the middle of Aug '05. I had some plumbing in my bathroom break while my wife and I were at work. When my wife got home at 4:30 pm that night there was at least 1 inch of water or more covering the entire apartment. She quickly (not knowing how to turn off the water supply) ran up to the office to get maintence out to help her. They did at least follow her over and turn off the water.

That was the last of the good help. It was over 6 hours before anyone showed up to suck up all the water in the apartment. In the mean time all of our new furniture was sitting in at least 1 in of water. Finally around 11:00 pm they started trying to fix the situation by sucking up the water and tearing out the carpet.

Now they did at least give us an other apartment to stay in for the night but we had to be out of it the next morning.

We had to wait a few days before anyone came to reinstall the carpet and had to have them keep coming out to fix their mistakes with installing it. Needless to say the carpet is still a total mess. All the seams were the carpet meets the other pieces show and there is a 1 or more carpet missing in our master closet so it doesnt even touch the wall and you can see the cement floor.

Further more we have now received two contract lease violations. First off we never received a copy of our lease contract.

The first violation was because of parking. Visitors parking in the resident parking but nothing is done. My wife got home late one night and parked under the covered parking (the spot was not assigned to a resident) because visitors and residents had all the parking taken up. We got a call around midnight saying we had to move the car or it would be towed. We have since reported many cars that were illegally parked and nothing ever is done about it.

Our second vioaltion was for not picking up after our dog. This is total bullsh*t. We pick up after her 99% of the time, but there are also at least two other dogs in our building and the owners never pick up the droppings, but we get in trouble since we are the only ones that paid the pet deposit and since the management only knows of our dog.

Overall I cant wait until my lease is over so I can move out of here.

Please do yourself a favor and do not consider this place.
