1. Parking- There is never any! And there are supposed to be rules to tow people who don't have parking stickers and don't live here... well that never happens and you can't even get the curtiousy officer to return a call either.
2. Noise level- In my unfortunate situation I lived on the 2nd floor... The people downstairs always have there music up too loud and the people upstairs have kids constantly running around and it sounds like the ceiling is going to fall thru. Not to mention the rude people who stand out on the balconys 'til 2 in the morning drunk and making enough noise to wake up the whole building.
3. Grounds- This is probably one of the best and most deceiving things about the complex. It looks lovely from the outside but once you move in you'll know the difference. In addition at least once a week they use recycled sewer water to water the grass with and makes the whole complex smell.
4. Safety- This is a gated community which should give you some sence of safety... well it might if the gates were ever functioning properly! Half the time one is stuck open and for at least a week before it's fixed. The management also feels no need to inform residents of criminal activity in the complex, such as cars and apartments being broken into, residents make and hand out flyers on there own.
5. Construction- The buildings themselves are not poorly made but the floorplans are terrible. The kitchens are tiny in all the apartments regaurdless of floorplan or square footage. The bathrooms have 7ft ceilings and tiny tubs. Overall there could have been a better usage of space.
6. Maintenance- When you can get them to come out and fix something it is good quality work. We even moved into our apartment to find a long list of obvious things that should have been taken care of before hand.
7. office staff- For the most part very courtious in person but again it takes forever to get anything done. Also when we moved in they messed up and offered us a deal on our lease that wasn't for the particular apartment we had picked out. When they discovered there mistake they tired to have us resign the lease and not give us the agreed upon arrangement. The first apartment they reserved for us was in the wrong building and then the day before we moved in they informed us the apartment was located in a different area of the building without the view we had been promised.
8. Overall- It has been an experience I don't care to repeat and I wouldn't dream of recommending this complex to anyone. The are priced very well we got a great deal but then again you get what you pay for!

okay, i have a few problems with this review. -Do you really think they use recycled sewer water to water the grass?? I don't think so. The smell comes from the water treatment plant behind the complex. -About the gates...they are always broken because people run into them. And the gates do not keep people from getting into the complex. All you have to do is follow someone in. The gates do not do anything and you are retarded if you think they make it safer. -You are wrong to say that ALL of the kitchens are small because I have a three bedroom apartment and my kitchen is very large. Maybe you should do a little research before you start talking crap about things you OBVIOUSLY don't know anything about.

All I can see from this response is that you have nothing better to do then read all these reviews and comment on them. I used to work there and live there. Yes we do, or we did at least, use recycled water for all of our grounds work. I had a three bedroom and our kitchen was small, and there are no "special" 3 bedrooms so dont say yours is bigger. And you are obviously lying at the fact that you have seen many people hit the gate. Why would someone damage their car on purpose? Maybe you should get a life before you start talking crap about things you obviously know nothing about.
