Where should I start' The parking is horrible. If you come home after 7 or 8, you have to walk all the way from visitor parking, and that can be a cold walk in the winter. The waste disposal is a block away, so the smell can be terrible at times. You have to pay 50 dollars just to get the gate opener.
Secondly, I referred a friend and never got the money I was supposed to. They conveniently forgot to tell me to fill out this form. Then I got the runaround, filled out the report, and I still never got paid. I finally gave up after going there three times about it.
Thirdly, I've had a lot of problems with office staff...one in particular is very rude, and she's usually the only one available, so I can't avoid her. She didn't have my lease ready when it was supposed to be. Then she put the renewal date down as a couple months later than I asked. It's a good thing I checked, or else, when I move out next May, they probably would've told me I couldn't. Then I was informed that I can get my carpet cleaned since I renewed my lease. The date was set, I picked up as much stuff as I could, stacking chairs on the table and putting things in the kitchen, and I locked my cat up in the bathroom for the day before I left for work. I just got home, and surprise! My carpet hasn't been shampoo'd.
This is the worst place I've ever lived.
