I lived there for over five years. It was great when it was owned by Trammel Crow. Then new management took over and figured they could charge what the Mansions & Amli charged. This would make sense if it didn't smell like crap from the dump. If the train didn't come by at 2:00 in the morning. If you couldn't hear gun shots from the police academy. They charge $35 for a carport when other complexes provide them for free. Old management charged fair rent. New management overcharges for tiny apartments (they call them cozy). Funny that the prices are NOT as high as the mansions and Amli. Where have you been looking. I also have lived for awhile and they are the cheapest around here. The other things you are complaining about must not really bother you if you have lived here for as long as you have.

Actually I lived there for over 5 years and the complaints only relate because the amount of rent they charge. And it is difficult to move when you are paying so much in rent. What reason do you have to dispute a apartment review? Why not put your own review in instead of arguing with me. I have moved and found a much better deal. So no I'm not unhappy at the moment thank you. I actually have options now for providers and my apartment is twice the size for the same amount of money. And I'll run you over on the football field any day Mr. football4life.

wow....techchristian doesn't even make sense....you say the responses come from people who work from Los Rios and then you say they don't work for them??? make up your mind. The new management company took over in 2003, so you have lived there for 4 years, it seems to me that you are not that unhappy. Some of the things that you are complaining about are uncontrollable. How can the Apts. control the water treatment plant?? and the police academy's gun range?? Why don't you get a life and change what you are complaining about. No one is stopping you from moving but yourself, so i guess you like being unhappy.
