You can live here if you are willing to ignore the gun shots and constant police sirens from the police academy close by, the smell of dump from the facility across the street, train sounds and rumble around 3:00 AM and paid shaded parking. Also you can not find parking after 6:00 PM close to your apartment and have to park your car close to the always over flown dumpster. Because of very thin floor and ceiling layers get ready for a confrontation with your downstairs neighbor, especially if you have kids. Gated security is a joke because the gates are always open.

I think there are so many spiders and creatures because it is back to back with the woods. No amount of spraying is going to help that and it is a part of life. Not sure where you are going to go where there are no bugs?

Agree for the most part wiht this review.
i have lived her for a couple years. Rents are decent but parking is a big problem and the dumpster is always overflowing and the management does not care about keeping the back of the property clean or walk the property once in a while...
The front of the building look good, the back nobody cleans it ....
Overall I would give a B- for this property...

within 2 weeks of moving in here, my boyfriend had to park his truck over by the overflow parking, about 1/4 mile away from our apartment. He woke up to go to work, only to find his truck knocked up over the curb at which he parked it, the insurance company actually said it was a total loss. ALL BECAUSE SOME STUPID TEENAGERS DECIDED TO GO OFFROADING over by the dumpsters..They barely missed a tree, and then you see their tire tracks smack right into his truck. Does it get any worse?
