I've lived here in a one bedroom for 12 months now and love it.

Likes:
A. not a single bug
B. noise is seldom
C. enough parking to always park in front of my stairwell
D. office staff gets things done in a very timely manner
E. well generated monthly newsletters
F. monthly social activitites (pool parties w/dj, food, movie nights, etc.)
G. maintenance staff works fast
H. landscaping staff always making the place prettier and cleaner
I. one of the manager lives on site (that's comforing)

Dislikes:
A. the ground railings for the security gates are too steep to drive over
B. the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom aren't my favorite

Personal stories:
One rainy day, I had an final exam to take...come to find out, my cars battery was dead. I called the office, and they sent a maintenance guy over within 5 minutes with a battery charger. I made it to the exam on time, and made an A! :-)

I adopted a lab-mix puppy and had him for 1 month. I had to give him up because he needed to have a yard to run in. The office staff loved him so much they helped me name him (Logan), and find a home for him.

Your right about the car battery. Mine went dead and I was gonna jump it from someone and they said not to worry that they could jump it from a battery they keep just for that. It was nice to not have to beg someone for help and it took 5 minutes. Bugs are minimal even with the woods being close by. I have seen worse and you know, you can't make everyone happy. I'm sure your not on drugs and not sure why the person responding had to be so rude.

Are you on DRUGS? Your report is as blind as anyone will get out it. There are quite a few people that would enjoy talking to you, don't worry that they have a straight jacket.
