This place sucks, don't rent here or do and find out the hard way!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
If you love the smell of the water treatment plant and trash plant then this place is for you. If you love the noise of the gun range and train that is close by then this place if for you. If you love sorry ass management and residents, then sign the lease and join the Los Rios club. I could not take it any more and paid to break my lease and bought a house. Very bad apartment renting experience for me.
