I just moved into Los Rios and they really are not very impresive. The Management dosen't seem to be concerned to much about your problems and it takes atleast 10 phone calls to remind them about the problem and have something fixed. Another Major problem is there are way too many Racoons in the apt complex and it seems that dumpster on each corner of the apt is their hide out and the area is so filthy that makes it obvious as to why shouldn't they choose that place to live. After dark Racoons roam around the complex even comes to your door step which makes them really dangerous and unsafe for the elderly and kids. The management seems to have done nothing so far in this regards and yes obviously it came to my attention aswell because i JUST moved here.Parking is also another issue over here. Let me tell you this i am a verry happy go lucky kind of person and never talks bad about anything unless it starts bothering me and it really is a PROBLEM for everybody.

Just shoot the racoons with a pellet gun and get over it.
