I need no response from this review,this is simply my opinion.
These are apartments are by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Which is definitely my fault for not doing my research and asking more questions.
Parking is horrendous, if you come home after 5:30, you will have to park 5 mins away from where you live. Try that with a baby in the carseat. The apartments are POORLY constructed, you can hear every move your neighbor makes. Our neighbor above seems to have thirty kids who are really elephants. Management could care less. Even when paying rent it seems like your "intruding" on their time. There is always trash around the dumpster with raccoons just walking up to you to say hi.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Go ahead and spend more for peace of mind, otherwise you will be in a bad mood everyday. I believe the people who are giving good reviews are office staff or people who lived on the top floor.
I am out as soon as lease expires. I wished I had read reviews before moving in.

I think people just come on ratings to vent. Maybe something happened that you didn't like or agree with and then you want to let everyone know. People are quick to complain but almost never complement. Rarely, do you ever see good ratings on any apartments. This isn't a comment to your rating it's just a general statement.

You are soo correct about Los Rios being a piece of crap. Their apartments are poorly designed, parking is terrible and management sucks. I can't wait to leave in May!

i almost thought this was a posting i forgot i had written because this is EXACTLY how we feel! THIS APARTMENT IS A MESS!!! management is a joke. (they told us our spade dog had puppies that were running around our apartment... psh!) PARKING IS EVEN MORE OF A JOKE! i love how they have covered parking you have to pay $35 a month for or you have to park your car and walk 5 miles to your apartment. we also have elephants living upstairs and have complained many times and nothing has been done. we have had a horrible time with things getting fixed by maintenance including a window that leaked inside our apartment for at least a month. The only good thing i can say about this apartment is the location is good and our electric bill has been very good so far.... thats it! (there are my compliments...)

Agree with the previous comments. This place is a mess !!! Rent here and you will figure it out in no time. Only thing that works out for me is the location ...
