VERY DISSATISIFED, DO NOT MOVE HERE

I selected the Madison at Chase Oaks apartment complex in September, 2000 based on a number of factors that were important to me:

Location, vaulted ceilings (a must), garage, appearance, and most importantly price.

Madison at Chase Oaks was a little expensive, but I loved my 3rd floor apartment (with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, etc.) ... Key thing is that I *loved* it, but grew to hate it.

The management appears friendly, but sticks you with embarassingly high trash fees if you put your trash out on the wrong day or too early/late, are slow with maintenance requests, and did nothing when I complained that my neighbor would idle his Harley Davidson motorcyle for 30 min at 7:00 AM every morning, which shakes the whole complex! I even called the police and nobody can stop it.

In addition to this, there are a lot of college kids always coming and going (they nearly run into you in each blind turn around the complex), lots of noise from the pool areas and volleyball courts in the wee hours of the morning, and they've recently been experiencing a high volume of theft/crime -- I personally had my car LOCKED in my LOCKED garage and it was broken into through the hallway door in the back of the garage. $3000 stereo system, gone...

Based on the poor service, all the annoying stresses of the community, the lack of security, the entrance gates that are broken every other day (and only have 1 entrance in the front, no back entrance, sucks!) combined with a very high rent: mine was $1100 for 2 bedroom, with 2 garages and a carport; I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Right now I am at the Creeksides Homes in Legacy complex and, although it is owned by the same parent company, it is much nicer, bigger apartments, everyone has attached garages, and its is $200 cheaper!!!

Don't move to the Madison at Chase Oaks apartments, or you will be sorry. Learn from my mistake.
