Madison At Chase Oaks

Hell on Earth...Don't waste your time... From: Madhunter Date posted: 7/24/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I lived at the Madison at Chase Oaks for 2 and 1/2 years in 1997 - 2000. I agree with the other reviews to a "T". The service is horrible, call for maintenance and wait forever! The grounds were always a mess, beer cans and bottles in and around the pool, renters there are noisy and rough! Not what you would expect when you pay $1400 for a two bedroom apartment. I begged for speed bumps becuase of the speed demons that almost ran over me and my children. Parking is a nightmare, not nearly enough spaces. And just when we would get used to the staff, the manager would quit and half the staff would leave with them. Had three managers in the time I was there. If you are looking here, please, go somewhere else, you'll regret it!
