I lived in these apartments from 7/2002-6/2003 until I was laid off. I spoke with the leasing staff about my problem because the manager was to busy either smoking or not in the office that day. To make long story short they didn't work with me and I needed to move. Now not even a year later Equity is charging me full rent for a new tent living in my apartment and they put it on my credit with the amount owed $12573.00. I tried to get this matter fixed by writing Equity and calling and they keep saying they will fix whats on my credit and they still have not. Different collection agents that work at Equity keep calling me at home and work I keep telling them I don't owe that amount. The people at corporate are very rude and unprofessional. They have ruined my credit and I can't rent from another apartment community because of this matter.

Not only that my neighbor apartment was broken into and the cops left a not on my door so I called the office and they wouldn't not give me any info two days latter my other neighbors car who garages was next to mine was stolen than two weeks later 2 more apartment were robbed the office finally put a memo out letting tents know.
