I've lived here for 2-1/2 years, and moving out this month. The quality of the apartments and people moving in has deteoriated. My neighbor had his vehicle vandalized which is apparently common at this complex. There are alot of children, some noisy and some not... The noise level in and around the pools is quite loud late at night.. And the you can hear your neighbors patio door slamming open and shut in the wind occasionally. The staff is nice and helpful (Especially Sean), and Maintenance requests are done quite quickly. You do get a "trouble ticket", so you've got it in writing if its not done quickly...
