First of all bottom floor - instant roach problem. Fumigating doesn't help. Lived there for 1 year - ran away as fast as I could. Management is terrible. The security gate slammed on my car and dented it. Gate was old and the sensor didn't sense my car and crushed it. Did I get any help from the office NOPE ! They were bastards about it. They are nice to you right up until the lease is signed, after that.... watch out. Don't move in unless you like roaches.
