We lived there for 7 months and loved it up until 2 months PRIOR to our rent was up. The new neighbors had two toddlers and they allowed them to run, jump, roll balls and all other sorts of things upstairs. The noise was unbearable and we would often report it to the office to no avail because the resident happened to be a employee in the leasing office. We ended up moving out and were told we only needed to pay a 30 day rent amt since the circumstances but lo and behold we get a bill stated we owe for another entire months rent. Too bad that they refused to take any complaints on this matter seriously we really did like our apt and the area.

Edit: The one good thing is that after contacting the corporate office we did get an adjustment to the final amount owed where we ended up actually getting money back. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
