I was just reading all of the rewievs and I honestly have to say that I don't know what 1/2 of those people are talking about. I love living here. The staff in the office is really nice and I have not had any problems since I moved here. I have been living in my apartment for 8 months and every maintenance problem was fixed the same day and if not the very next day.
I just have to say to those that belive that there is an apartment complex where there are no problems HELLOOOOO COME BACK TO THE EARTH!!!!!. I also think this place is very safe. My friends moved from the North Dallas here cause of the crime and I don't think I would live here if it was not safe.
I just love living at the Madison at Chase Oaks. Plus I am also saving for a house and soon I will be geting one. At least I know I am not throwing away my rent.
All in all the office staff is great, my apartment is great and I love living there. So come on, maybe they have an apartment for you too :)

Well hopefully you don't ever have an issue with noise that puts management in a position where they have to confront another tenant...they completley hang you out to dry. So what if you can't sleep or better yet your infant can't sleep? That's what you get for living on the first floor. Yeah, Chanan actually said that to me. If you don't like it move. Wow...gret service. Yeah, they suck you in at first and always have fresh cookies in the office...try this on for size...try a smile and some sincerity. This place is a joke.
