This place is becoming HELL! Staff turns over every months! The new manager (I think is from hell) can't be negociated with. Everything is set in stone according to her. Water bill just increases FIVE (5) times on their new share system! Parking lot is always full of NAILS! I've changed my tires at least 7 times! Dog poops is on every square foot of green space! Loud music from neighbors at all hours of night until 4AM! There is no courtesy police for the past 2 years! They said there is! LIAR! Parking is terrible. Not enough space for all residents! If someone took your cover space, you can not have it tow away without manager permisson! So on weekend forget about your parking space! Oh, if you want to workout in the gym, don't! 'Cause they keep the temperature at 96 degrees! Entrance gates not working most of the time. Here they don't enforce anything but getting there money on time. They might seem nice when you arrive, but once you are in, they treat you very bad. As for crimes, I have heard many around here but the office kept it quiet! I'm outta here when my lease is up! Oh yeah, if you like the smell of trash, this is the place for you! For the whole complex of about 480 units, there IS ONLY ONE small TRASH BIN!! It's like a mountain of trash every weekend!
