I have lived at this apartment complex for two years! I was planning on stayng until I found a house but I have got to get out now! Lets see Management WAS nice but who knows who really works there since they change every month! I was not even living here for five months before they were asking me to renew! One day I came home from work and there was a bird in my apartment! I called emergency maintenance who never called me back and finally four days later they called and asked if I needed it removed - like I had been living with it for that whole time! They said they would put a grate on my chimney but apparently not since two months later there was another bird that got in - and this time the office staff told me that that is not covered under emergency maintenance! HELLO'!!! When you fail to do what you say you will do to prevent such things it is YOUR job! Oh and the latch to shut my flute wouldn't stay latched. The "tiles" in my kithen are constantly coming up among other things that there is not enough room on this page to tell. I have been there for two years, never caused a problem, even though I have come home to the cops dragging someone out of my building who was GROWING POT! They didn't even try to get me a deal to stay they just said we won't raise your rent! They shouldn't even be charging rent considering the place sucks and there is no parking... EVER!
