NO!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I have here 3 yrs, first year good, I get here with a good rent deal, and every year they increased the rent by 50 bucks but now the increase is 150!!!!, plus they want a personal insurance, the utilities are EXPENSIVE!!!, charges for trash, landscaping, water is 3 times expensive as it was a couple months ago, I still have the air filters not changed they never change, the managment are a bunch of idiots, you just cant deal with them, and they change them every month, you will never know if you will find the same person with you did arragments. this complex sucks Im fixing to move this month, also they gave me a contract renew, to give it back vefore the 30 and if I dont stay I need to write a letter with 60 days anticipation, that is ridiculous cuz from today to the 30 is only 10 days...
