dont take the bottom floor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Pros: Decent and clean apartment ok customer service atleast in emergencies :) proximity to groceries, movies etc etc decent price to value Cons: we can hear every footstep the neighbors above us put on their floor. sometimes it can be very irritating. our electric bill has been pretty high here.. ours is a 1 bdrm and we have got bills of $190, $281, $160 for the past 3 months .. can u believe it '
