thin walls From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   worst thing here is very thin walls. you can hear everyone around you non stop and the office does not seem to know how to get loud neighbors to turn down bass. also ceiling creaks very loud when upstairs neighbors walk around. During winter gets very cold, windows and doors not sealed. can see blinds moving from wind coming through sliding door.. closets can get freezing. Security seems good here Maintenace is very good and fast. parking is not covered or assigned unless you pay extra 20 a month for. Gym has no way to control AC and most of time they have it shut off. gym machines are old and missing pins. trash is left out at all times can get smelly by stairs. trash compactor is always full. staff is very nice but like said above does not know how to get things enforced other than same letter in to all residents each month saying these things are not allowed.
