Can't wait to leave From: christe1998 Date posted: 4/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved in in Dec 2007 and my first two weeks here I wanted to move out. First of all my heat didn't work and in Dec this seemed to be the coldest winter since I moved to Dallas. Any way the heat didn't work we had to sleep with the oven on. The maintenance men don't speak a lick of english. I kept telling them that my heat isn't working and all they kept saying is for me to leave the heat on all day and when i get home it should be warm. I was like are you guys gonna pay my electric bill' I had a tile broken in the entry way and they came to fix it twice but they didn't do a good job since it sweaks when you step on that tile. The carpet had spots of something that I cannot even explain. the oven coils caught on fire due to the old a$$ applicances and the fire department had to come out. I have a big a@@ gash in the way by the fridge that all they did was paint over it. I would be writing forever trying to explain why no one should ever move into these apartments. I signed a year lease and I cannot wait to put my 60 day notice in. I have already started to look for apartment I started looking in March. Do not move here. If you live here do not suggest it to anyone I don't care how much money you can get from the complex.
