After moving out of these apartments, I realize just how terrible they were. The grounds aren't taken care of, trash is everywhere, the walls are paper thin, parking is an absolute disaster (you have to walk 150 feet from your car to the door if you don't want to pay $50 for covered or a garage), and the management is an abomination to all things holy. We had numerous "miscommunications", as they put it, with the front office which ultimately ended with us paying more than we should have for our apartment. The management is completely unsympathetic and refused to cooperate with us. All in all, I'm surprised how they are still around. By far the worst apartment complex that I or any of my friends and family have ever lived in. I would give them a 0/5 if it was possible...

Parking on Saturday nights can be difficult. We live a few miles from a college. DO you expect people to not have company? Maybe take advantage of their driving specials that they have. $10 for covered parking and $40 for a garage. Once you sign up for a space or garage at the discounted price, it won't change. We have a garage and a covered spot.

I was living at this complex during this time and never had any of these problems. I think that the complex is very well maintained and never trashy! If anything my complaint is that the complex is too well maintained - the leaf blowers and weed eaters wake me up in the mornings!
