Parking is tight if you dont have a rent space but they have done two discounted parking space/garage speacials in the year that i have lived here (which is the perfect time to get a space). Office people have been nice. Walls are a little thin but all my neighbors are quiet so i hardly hear anything. The entry gates have broken three times since living here, other apartments i have seen with gates are left open or are constantly broken. I feel safe here and would recommend this complex to others.

Gates really wont stop criminals from coming in open, closed or broken. we have enough traffic, its easy to slip in. also the gate you walk thr is left open or broke often. Residents even prop it open with something, when i walk i make sure to close it if others do this. We have had many break ins and the apartment complex does not notify us unless it was a physical attack(so not to scare us) Call the plano police to get recent reports if you want info, they will tell you where to submit a request for records. also if not already contact office staff and get you ALARM activated it will not be monitored,(unless you call and pay $20 for this service though alarm service) but if this goes off so will the criminal and it help us watch out for each other... Your lucky to have quiet neighbors, All but one of mine is super loud...TV up too loud, bass shaking my whole apartment, Screaming kids that parents cant control, get a 3rd floor corner apartment to reduce all this. Other than people on balconies its not so bad. Last apartment i had was 3rd floor corner and all i heard was the drunks out on close balconies on weekends.
