It's a very nice place overall. Please be aware that apartments facing Preston have a lot of noise issues. Since the apartments are fairly old, the walls are VERY thin, you can even hear your neighboors closing doors, and you get spiders, geicos and some people I knew even had rats. The neighboorhood, floorplans, management and the price are all terrific, so it's definitely something you should consider. Quality of service is excellent! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
