Gets worse every year From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005   I've been here for too long. I moved here in 1998 and it's been going downhill ever since. It's one of the cheapest complexes in the area, so it's been attracting an undesireable crowd lately, and management doesn't care about your complaints. They just spent a lot of time fixing things up this year at OUR expense. New balconies, stucco repair, painting, and demands to perform inspections and repairs or code upgrades. It was all very loud, inconvenient, and intrusive. I've had problems with my AC every summer, the heating/AC is so inefficient and the insulation is very poor. I just went out and bought a window unit for the summer heat and in the winter, I have to tape plastic over my windows to keep the bills down, and I have my own portable heaters in some rooms. Thin walls' I have neighbors who have a dirty cat and I can smell it in MY apartment. Moving out in a month to a newer complex.
