Good location, but that's about it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   This place used to be really nice. I've lived here 5 years and have seen it deteriorate. I plan on moving when my lease ends this summer. When I moved in, I used to park between a Porsche and a Lexus (no lie), and now it's some beat up car on one side and the other side the lady doesn't even own a vehicle. There are vehicles in the parking lot that have flat tires that have been there for MONTHS. When this was Preston at Willow Bend (no Broadstone), that never would've happened. To echo some other comments, utility prices are sky high. I have a 800 sq ft apartment and my energy budget is $192 a month. Granted, I'm an upstairs apartment, but that's still ridiculous - I have friends that have houses that don't pay that much. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance guys have always been good when I've needed something done. I love the location, but will be upgrading this summer....
