godd place to live...somewhat noisy

McDermott Place is in a great location and the rent is not too bad for all that you get. Noise is sometimes bad, parties and the like go on often on weekends. the playground is great for the kids and there are many neighbor kids to play with. we were staying while our house in mckinney was being built and were very sad to go.
