nothing has compared yet From: skeeweebree Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   this was my first place of my own and I've gone considerably down hill since. Nothing compares in terms of interiors/layout. I lived here for 13 months when they were brand new with lots of incentives. At the end of my lease, I was raised to market rent and decided to move since the location is less than desirable. I have been on a quest to find a comparable layout in the city since having lived here but found nothing. Was hoping Simpson Properties would have duplicated their efforts somewhere else in Dallas. Guess not.
