I leased here for a year, and overall I love the place. The residents, for the most part, seem quite civilized when compared to some places I have lived. The landscaping was always kept up rather well and the trash was always taken out promptly. The gym is great for an apartment, but it's no Gold's Gym or anything. You have your basic aerobic equipment, a full compliment of free weights and several weight machines as well. I didn't have many encounters with the staff except to pick up UPS deliveries on occasion, but they always stuck me as well mannered and friendly.

I was going to stay for another year at least, but my job transferred me to another location, sadly. I highly recommend the place if you can afford it.

A note, though... it did take them eight months to get the gates working. There were never any break ins or anything, given that the area is VERY nice and the tenants here, while not poor at all, are likely the poorest you'll see. Also, watch out for dog "gifts". This is the weak area of the complex, but they have made a noticeable improvement during the year I was there.
