Don't Ask-Don't Tell Policy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses Up to a $2000.00 penalty form to sign on the day of signing the lease. Their policy is "Don't Ask-Don't Tell" unless you ask about the termination policy when first visiting; otherwise, the policy is not explained until a form for you to sign acknowledging the $2000.00 penalty is presented to you at lease closing which by then is too late to change your plans.

When looking fora place that you plan on callign home it is your job to do all of the research. These people are in sales, c'mon guy! Mcdonalds isn't going to tell you how many calories are in their big mac are they?
