I rent this place as I am planning to buy a house so I do not know how long I am going to stay here.

And my friend stayed here one month early than me, they stay the same apartment size(abount 1391 square feet) but with 2 car garage, and no contract, month by month.

when I try to rent an apartment(no garage) and with 3 month contract, they ask for sevral hundred more than my friend's apartment, and they told me the market is going up, HOW TO GOING UP LIKE THIS?????????But I was in a rush, I have no choice.

As I did not find a house, every time I renewed contract, there will be at least $200 more. Now for 2 bedroom (1391 square feet) is $1818.

And the way they charge is apartment by apartment, even same size,same contract amount(may be signed in different day, let's say maybe only one day difference) the price will be different. now they know I am moving out, they reduced the monthly fee, I have no clue what on their mind, as I can never trust what they are saying.

And I live here 7 month, still did not get the remote key..
