I am on a waiting list for an apartment and I am very concerned about some of these reviews. I called the office regarding the comments about the noise and I was assured these units were well built and that noise was not a big problem. I was also told that co serve was a great company and had low prices. When we put down our deposit to be placed on a waiting list for the unit we desired, the going rate for it was around $1200. We were notified this week that one was available and that it is renting currently at $1400. $200.00 is a huge differece and since it is the only one available I guess they feel like if we want it badly enough we will pay for it. I really would like this addressed by the corporate office as I feel confused by both the rate of the unit we were waiting for and by the many, many negative comments about this property. We really loved the floor plan and the overall feel of the property. We didn't feel overly confident with the staff. They didn't seem too welcoming to us. They were cordial, don't get me wrong. they were not rude at all. They were just a little stand offish and when we asked questions, they seemed very hesitant to answer but we went ahead with our plan to live there because we really liked the floor plan, etc.

If anyone who currenlty lives there can put my mind at ease about all of these complaints, please feel free to do so.

Also, two days to wait on a dishwasher to be looked at is hardly a complaint, by the way. to take the time to write about that is seriously letting people know that you have entirely too much time on your hands.

My concerns are the thin walls and hearing everything in detail that your neighbors are doing. I have two children and I don't want them to hear every noise as they will not be able to fall asleep well. On the other side of that, I don't want other people to hear my children and be put out by normal kid noise due to lack of proper construction.

Please, can someone let me know what to do'

i have lived here 4 years and love my apartment. The office staff has always been attentive to all my concerns...The walls are thin but i don't think you'll find soundproof apartments no matter where you live. My concern is that the garbage is still standing outdoors at 1PM in the hot sun. We were told to have it out before 7 AM. That's far too long to leave garbage unattended. My biggest complaint is that there are ample parking spaces and people still park in their driveway. I think the fire dept. would have issue with that. As for maintainance, i've never had to wait more than one day.
