Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. I've haven't been living here for very long and have had more than my share of roaches for a lifetime. I really don't like bugs and that's why I would not live here again or renew my lease but if you don't mind them, I guess it's ok. It's almost like they want the roaches here. They won't spray or anything for me.
The apartments have great landscaping but it's really loud when they work on it 2-3 times a week.
Maintanence is respondent to clogged toilets. I have had a blocked toilet many times in the past 2 months (not a good sign of how well they work) but they come and fix it within the hour because I live in a one bathroom apt.
Parking is abundant. Most people purchase a covered spot or have a grauge.
Kids skateboard around the complex all day long. They are loud and it bothers me, especially because it is summer and they are out of school with nothing else to do. They skateboard around the pool and even in the work out room.
Rent is based person to person. Many people have mentioned that and it is true. They, also, have a tendency to have your application fail if they don't think you are up to their classy standards. They are chauvinistic.

It found it depends on who you talk to. I talked to 4 different people who didn't do anything about it. As soon as I talked to Barbara about it, she set up an apointment for me the next week.

Pricing changes everyday, you are right. However, teh pricing is not set by the manager nor anyone else at the office or even corporate level. It operates on a system called LRO, which factors in the current availability of the apartments, the availability of that particular floorplan, the market (meaning the rates of competitors which are checked atleast once a week for accurate reporting). With this being said, it is possible for several tennants to have different rent, however this is not a "popularity contest." You said that rent is based person to person, and that people have told you so it's true. What credentials do these people hold to come up with that conclusion? I'm not an astronaut, but here's a secret...aliens live on the moon. DO you believe me?
As far as the children running around, this is their home, and the office is not their parent. Who are they to try and tell a child what to do, this is an apartment community, not a jail. If they management team were to tell them how to act andd behave there would be yet another post claiming utter dismay over the management trying to discpline their children. It's against fairhousing laws to discriminate beause of race, religion, age, disability, so you sound a bit bitter.
