I have lived here for several months and have mixed feelings.

Maintenance is my big issue.

This community is 8 years old and starting to show its age.

Things break and stop working frequently.

Sometimes maintenance will fix things within 24 hours, but often times not.

I have had to request repairs multiple times for the same problem and it takes a week to get repairs done.

The security gates are always broken.

If living in a gated community is a big deal to you, then do not move here.

What is the use of having gates if they are always open'

For the most part, office personnel is not helpful and unfriendly once you move in.

Sometimes I really regret moving from my previous apartment because the staff (from manager to maintenance) there was fabulous.
