This place is nice...unless you look across the street. But the staf here are shady and sfter you sign the lease they couls give a rat's a$$ about you. Barbara is the worst though. if you ahve a package or if someone is trying to deliver furniture to you, Barbara will make sure you dont get your stuff on the right date. She'll put your packages somewhere she cant find them or send them back and she'll put the furniture peole on hold for like 10 days. But she isnt the only one. there's and apartment manager here but i think its just a cardboard figure of her in her office or a hollogram becuase she dosen't do squat. Then the grounds in the fron look nice but in the back look trashy and the pools only clean when its cold or raining and then its got so much chlorine in it until if you get in it your eyes will melt away. The price on these units is nice though but after a while with staff and the other unhappy residents it seems like you get what you pay for. Im moving back to Courtney Manor.

I agree totally. Office personnel are worthless including the manager, Melissa. I have been here a year and have never seen her in the office. I have lived in many apartments and this has definitely been the worst experience. Not worth the price you pay for rent. There are too many other nice options out there.

I agree as well! Barbara is the worst. She's always so rude and is not easy to work with. Plus she's very forgetfull when it comes to the residents. Please act like you care, after all we are the reason why you are getting a paycheck! Tracy however is the best. If you have to deal with the office staff stear clear of Barbara and her ignorance! Just go straight to Tracy. I am without a doubt moving though! 3 months and counting... tick tick tick!
