Convenient location, but lots of maintenance and sanitation issues

The location is convenient for us, although there is no grocery store nearby (there is a Walgreen's accross the street). But there are lots of sanitation issues and the maintenance is very poor. Paint is peeling everywhere, and lots of stuff is broken.
Worse, the trash piles up and creates problems with nasty smells and cockroaches. The city has been out several times for inspections and citations. The people in the office are friendly, but take little action. It seems they are not allowed to spend money on anything and are more interested in getting commissions for signing up new residents.
If safety is important to you, look elsewhere, because of the 4 gates, 2 or 3 are always broken. Most residents are friendly, but there is a problem with noise at night from a few and issues like racing between the buildings and public urination.

i agree 100%.in addition the leasing agents are bias to residents from india.
one of the agents plys on older men to take her out for dinner etc.
