I moved in here a few months ago, sight unseen. I am generally happy with my apartment, but the complex definitely needs some work. The buildings desperately need paint and the security gates are always broken. The garbage situation is out of control. Garbage is picked up at the curb and taken to the dumpster 3 days a week. Apparently the dumpster is kept locked. By Sunday there is trash piled up all around the outside of the dumpster. It is disgusting and unsanitary. I probably won't renew my lease at the end of the term but it will do for now.

The maintenance has gone to pot since the managers' special friend left to start his own business.The present manager does not have good leadership skills.She is more interested in socializing with her employess rather than leading them.
