I have lived here for a long time and I was treated with respect when I first moved in. I am treated as if I don't exist...maybe because of my race. My work orders never get repaired on time or they say they fixed it on the paper but it is not fixed. The employees are not even nice when you are face to face with them. Don't get me started on the dog poop! The maintenance men are to busy smoking outside on golf cart together of just walking around. Get busy and get job done.

McDermott is not going to change if Barbara and Traci are still part of the team. Barbara is more concerned with her legs and tan than work orders.If you are from India forget it-she detests the smell of curry and the attitude of people from your country.
Traci detests everyone including Barbara.She is rude beyond belief.
The regional supervisor is concerned with saving MONEY-PERIOD.
The game is bring tenents in and then forget them until lease time.
