First of all, the answering machine for the complex still refers to the complex as a brand new complex in North Plano, come on its 9 years old. They spend more on the office and the flowers then any other part of the complex.
Its run down and they now allow anyone to move in, so the level of residents has gone down, way down. Hell the Big screen TV's from the Exercise room have been stolen several times.
The office staff, specially the Manager and the assistant Manager are useless and do not give a crap about the tenents or your security. The manager is hardly ever there and most unfriendly. The policies change from day to day and Simpson Housing, the parent management company does not give a crap. TRASH is an ISSUE.
The place is falling apart and all they do is put bandaids on problems and not take care of them.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.......RENT ELSEWHERE, you will be happier......THEY SUCK REAL BAD HERE!

trash now is the complete issue.it is outside the building;inside the apartments in the quise of tenants.and barbara and traci on the staff.one resident works at a fast food and uses her body the SAME WAY TO SUPPLEMENT HER INCOME

Allibabab... You don't even reside at McDermott Place anymore, yet you still comment on everyones postings. You are annoying. It is a very small percentage of the tenants that comment on this website. Look at all of the other apartment complexes around here. Only brand new complexes have a good percentage. Just give them about 5 years. It seems to be only angry people that vent on this website. GET A FREAKIN LIFE LOSER! You have nothing else to do with your time. You're pathetic. You don't even make sense. IDIOT
