I am getting out of this place. I've been there for 6 months and i paid for my gate card, i am moving out in a week i still haven't gotten my gate card. they threaten to evict you before the water bill was even due.(sometimes they would make a mistake on the bill and said would send you another bill. They lie, then they will write you a notice and said you never paid your bill which they never sent me. And i was furious and gave in my 60 day notice and they said ok but we will have to give you a bad review cos, your water bill was (A DAY) late. Management is HORRIBLE. takes them forever to do something, sometimes they don't even do it until you called them like a thousand times. The manager is mean. they would make you pay for a lot of stuff but you never get them. like the gym key the gate card, i am leaving and i still haven't got them. and i bet you when i ask them about it the day i leave, they're gonna say You never paid for them. Iam not surprised by these problems that everyone has listed...whatever the case my apartment is no better than joe's apartment..roaches say hello to you in the morning when you wake and say goodnight when your going to sleep. They are my best friends its as if I am paying rent for them to live here and not me..For the incompetency of the management soon they will take over the management as well.
