Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Moved in from out of town in March 05. Was lied to about everything from gated community to security issues. Is a community legitimately gated when the gates have been broken and open perpetually for over a year. The manager holds community meetings and promises all kinds of fixes and remedies but they are all lies. In fact she strikes me as a pathological liar. This company is managed and owned by SevoMiller and trust me, they are textbook slum lords. The office staff is incompetent and their horrible performance is a true reflection on the philosophy of lies and deceit which is the tradition of this owner-management group. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this place. NOTHING!!!!!
