1. I looked out the window and there was a Plano Police Officer pointing a gun to a hispanic male who was face down on the ground. This was about 30 ft from my front door- I kept my spouse and my 6 month child away from the window and door.
2. I have seen a hispanic male sleeping on a mattress right behind the dumpster (on the far north side of the complex-I believe it is just to the south west of bld#12).
3. I have seen drunk drivers ram the security gates. Over half the time I lived there the gates were left open at night.
Very poor management.
4. "Get it in writting". After a promise is made, they will deny it. My carpet was never cleaned and I never did receive ceiling fans for over 1 1/2 year- even though may rent was paid on time and never late.
5. I renewed a lease, the next day an office worker came banging on my door screaming "management, management, management, open the door or I will call police." I thought to myself, "I can call the police for her since I work with them." She advised she didn't know I had renewed my lease. What kind of record keeping and monitoring is that.
6. No assign parking to certain apartments. The parking lot gets full and you might have to park 3-4 building away from your apartment.
7. Ghetto and low class people.

I had enough after a year and a half. Call Plano PD if you dont believe me, and obtain information of this apartment complex.
Crime has its presence in this apartment complex. Contact Plano PD 972-941-7900 and ask for "Records". You can request information regarding this apartment complex. Fees might apply if you are requesting a document of past records. Here are some of the examples of information you can request from Records: date,time, apartment numbers, possibly names of people; Here are some examples of different type of incidents: burglaries, robberies, suicide attempts, weapon calls, runaways, disturbances, etc.
