Our Lease is up in June 2007 and i can't wait to move! We have had countless problems with this place. Just a few are:
1) Invasion of privacy. The management is constintly inspecting the apartments. At least once a month we have some kind of inspection. We've had 3 in the last 4 weeks.
2)Maintace crew steals. I have heard numerous stories about stuff coming up missing when no one has been home, and no one broke in. Someone who has axcess to the keys steals. One lady los her wedding band and engagement ring as well as other jewlery.
3)The management is "slow" at addressing concerns if they address it at all.
4)Management is RUDE, and they fine for EVERY LITTLE THING. Ex: $75 late fee for a $20 one day late water bill. It is complete BULL @#$*!
5)We had to file a report with the B.B.B. and even then they refused to address the issues. They have gotten NO RESPONSE from management.
6)And Lisa the manager, seems quite raciest. She is balck, and has no issues with the other ------- americans or the --------. However, if you are white, you're in for an aweful time throught your lease.
7)Paper-thin walls. You can hear everything!
If I could say one thing about these apartments it is : DON'T MOVE IN! YOU'LL THANK ME!
