major roach problem in deed..i thought these apartments were ok at first but I should of done some research first and now Im moving to the west side of plano to get away from this nightmare. Too many -------- bring their roaches from ------ and thats where the real problem, coming from the staff itself. Its funny how they approve residents here. Just give them a bullS@!t rental history and bam your in. Half of these residents can't speak a lick in English and yeah you might say Im a racist but, I blame the managment for that problem. Trashy,trashy, and more trashy these apartments are getting. They should rename the apartments The little ------ of park blvd apartments.
