Residents overall are respectful of quiet hours at night/early morning. I found that if I kept my apartment cleaned (no dirty dishes, trash can with a lid on it, cleaned regularly) I did not have issues with roaches. Management had pest service thoroughly treat units. For the money, it was a good value. I would choose to live here again if I was in the market for an apartment.

lol, I can't believe anyone would actually give a good review about this place. I did the same thing when I lived there, no dirty dishes and a trash can with a lid on it. I'm one of the biggest clean nuts there probably ever will be. You get roaches from the nasty mexican neighbors that live there that ARE NOT polite. And yes, they do spray alot, but the pest guy is retarded and puts the roach gel bait in places that easily come out, like in the handles of the drawer cabinets, I always touched it the day he did it because he always put it on my silverware drawer. Not to mention, management is unorganized and rude.

No, not an employee - I just am respectful of people and realize the issues mentioned are incentive issues. The two that responded complain about anything; being mexican does not cause roaches. It's always easier to blame someone else (management, --------, pest company, me for posting a favorable response). If you think "--------" are to blame organize a cleaning demonstration of how "they" can change their behavior so that the roach population is reduced. Call the pest company management office and see if the "pest guy's" approach follows company guidelines. Be part of the solution - it would look wonderful on a resume!
