The WORST YEAR of my LIFE!

That terrible year that I had to stay at these apartment complex has got to be one of the worst years of my life! The office was very unprofessional. Once I called the office about why i was billed twice for a water bill. She told me they had no record of me paying it and insisted on me paying again. I told her I wouldnt have the money until the end of the week. She told me to go and ask one of my "sugar daddies" to pay it for me!!!!! How unprofessional is that'!'!'! Im not even going to start on how many roaches filled my apartment! I had so many roaches, they were in my freezer! I had to constantly throw food away! After 6 months, i wanted to get a bigger apartment and have a room mate move in with me to help me with expenses. (I'm a college student) The very day that we were supposed to move, i called the office and asked when I could pick up our keys. The lady said, "oh yea, i forgot to tell you, the law changed 2 weeks ago and we cant accept your roommates id so yall cant move in!" Her and her child were had to go stay in a hotel for a week until she found somewhere else to go! Work orders would never be completed. Once we slept a whole week in the apartment with a broken window. The stories can really go on and on about how terrible this experience was for my family and me.

I don't understand why people have to make up stuff instead of telling the true..... the staff that has been with the new owners are great... if you know anything about the laws they have to accept the id, only if it is expired. I don't beleive any of your comments....and as for the lady telling you that to ask your sugar daddies, that could only be that new manager that has only been there for a couple of weeks, because all the other girls are great.

lol, maybe you should ask details instead of assuming that someone is lying, lol. i know nothing about the new staff and managers. I was speaking of the staff that was there during the 2005-2006 time frame. By the time I moved out there had been several staff memebers employed. The id was a matricula card and it wasnt expired. if you knew anything about the laws for ids during that time frame you would know that the stopped allowing apartment complexes to accept those types of ids. My issues was that they did not inform us until the day we were supposed to move in. I really could care less about your belief in my comments :-)

As a resident of LaJolla on Park, I totally love the entire staff. They are funny, great looking, and very friendly. The Asst. Mgr. is the BEST! They have definitely had some positive changes in the mgmt. staff. The grounds are kept super clean and the maintenance has really improved. I don't know what ID's are required but I know that they helped out a friend of mine and he was ok with a matricula card. I highly recommend this place which changed the name last fall.

DONT!!!!!!!!! CURRENT RESIDENT AT THE COMPLEX, IT HAS BEEN THE MOST DECEIVING EXPERIENCE FOR ME, AND THE WORST LIVING SITUATION THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME. THE ROACHES ARE HORRIBLE HERE, I HAVE SPRAYED, BOMBED, SPRAYED IN VENTS LAYED OUT BORIC ACID AND HAD THE COMPLEX SPRAY WEEKLY AND IT DOESN'T HELP. THE EXTERMINATOR TOLD ME THAT THE BAIT THAT THEY PUT OUT ONLY STOPS THE ROACHES FROM REPRODUCING. OBVIOUSLY IT DOES NOT WORK, DAILY I SEE BABY ROACHES AND THE ROACHES DONT DIE AND THEY LOOK DEFORMED. I HAVE ROACHES IN EVERY ROOM OF MY HOM. NOT TO MENTION THE REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, AND DISHWASHER. WORKORDERS ARE NOT COMPLETED UNTIL THEY FEEL LIKE IT YOU HAVE TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE PARKING IS SO BAD THAT THERE IS PARKING IN FRONT OF MY DOOR AND I CAN'T EVEN PARK THERE BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY RESIDENTS TO ONE HOME THEY HAVE 2 OR 3 CARS OR WORK TRUCKS TO A HOME SO IT TAKES UP ALL THE PARKING SPACES AND I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM $50 A MONTH FOR A CARPORT. MY WINDOWS BUILD MOLD AND THE EXCUSE THE MANAGER GAVE IS THAT IT IS MILDEW DUE TO THE WINDOWS BEING DOUBLE PAYNED, SO IT IS UP TO ME TO KEEP THE BLACK MILDEW OUT OF MY SWEATY WET WINDOWS. IF IT GETS COLD OR HOT OPPOSITE OF THE WEATHER INSIDE OF YOUR HOME THE WINDOWS SWEAT. WHEN MAINTENANCE COME IN TO COMPLETE REPAIR REQUEST THEY ARE SO POORLY DONE THAT THE SAME THING THEY CAME TO FIX BREAKS AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YOUR BETTER OFF FIXING IT YOURSELF IF YOU KNOW HOW. I WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY OF MY FURNITURE WITH ME WHEN I MOVE FOR FEAR THAT IT IS FULL OF ROACH EGGS...I CAN NOT EVEN INVITE PEOPLE OVER BECAUSE AS SOON AS SOMETHING STARTS TO COOK THE ROACHES SWORM SO YOU CAN'T EVEN PREPARE FOOD BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO KEEP THE ROACHES OUT OF IT AND WHO WANTS THEIR FRIENDS TO SEE THAT THEIR APT IS ROACH INFESTED. THE GATES HAVE BEEN BROKEN SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL THINGS STOLEN. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE HERE DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
