Its not all that bad. Yes its an old property and yes you may have roaches but if you know how to keep it clean they will move on. I like this place and the only reason I selected this property was because of the area and because the Leasing agent was very nice and patient with me. I could not decide to move to La Jolla and came to view the apartment 3 times before I made my decision. If Jessica the leasing agent made time for me I decided I would give this place the benefit of the doubt. And yes I'm happy, my kids are happy. Its not that bad. I am quite content.If I think the staff is rude or not interested in my needs all I do is ask for Jessica and she is happy to deal with me at any time.
