Ok if nothing ever goes wrong. From: Ipay4this Date posted: 11/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've lived here for 6 months and always paid rent on time but as soon as my refrigerator broke down, it took them 3 days to replace it. By then I'd lost everything. It's not like I called on a weekend, this was mid week mid morning and I called 3 more times and no one would help me. THe apartments themselves are nice but not well insulated so we can hear everything. Management is a 3 ring circus. No one knows anything and they all act like it's their first day on the job. Also parking is a nightmare unless you pay the extra 25$ a month for a space someone else parks in anyway.
