new management coundn't be worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Archstone is by far the worse management company then anywhere else i have ever lived. The staff is so rude and unhelpful. Archstone is the only management company that has 2-12 month lease terms and charges you out the butt for them. the manager is a recovered beach whale that hates children. and the assistant is a recovering beach whale that is jealous of any cute girl. not to mention her breath always stinks like @ss! maintenence is a 24hr joke. ha ha! trash issues' New staff throws their trash where everyone else does, by their front door. talk about caring about curb appearance. i'm sorry but if the office staff wasn't such ------- and didn't hate kids so much i probably wouldn't feel this way. the managers were the worse. if you like living in a luxury apt. dont come here! you'll feel like your living in a fat farm!
